Example: Initially the dough made for the dumplings. Then made filling by mixing together Cumberland sausage meat, squash, garlic and soya sauce. Next rolled out small pieces of the dough. Added the filling and folded the dough at edges. Cooked the dumplings in boiling water until ready to eat.
